*As you escort them make sure to tell them 5 important things!
- 1. The Rest & Retreat Room is open for your use all weekend
- 2. The R&R Room will be stocked with snacks and drinks
- 3. Make sure to stop by the R&R Room at least once a day for a little surprise
- 4. They are welcome to sit in the “Reserved” section in the front row of the BIG session.
- 5. Remind them to be at the Crystal Ballroom at 3:30pm for their Jen Hatmaker Experience.

12:50pm volunteers show up outside Market on Houston. See map and look for magnifying glass for location.
Lisa will be there to give directions:
Mommas will be instructed that they have have 2 minutes to get into groups of 3-4.
Gail, Betsy, Alyssa will assure each group has 3-4 mommas and then give them a SCAVENGER SHEET.
Lisa will announce that they will not get to do them all so they will pick the ones they love – use google if needed!
They need to be back by 1:55pm and will get extra points for being early or on time.
As each team arrives, each volunteer needs to remind each group to post all the pics/videos on FB or IG with the hashtag #labeledandlovedretreat
