REGISTRATION DETAILS
Mommas will be listed in 3 groups (A-F) (G-L) (M-Z) in alphabetical order by FIRST NAME
When a momma approaches the table please ask her to line up according to FIRST NAME
Welcome the momma and tell her you are so glad she is here!
1. Ask for a valid ID.
2. Highlight her name.
3. Hand her her lanyard and raffle tickets.
4. Tell her that at the first vendor table (right next to registration table – Therapy and Beyond) they will find the program for the weekend and the instructions for the raffle tickets.
5. Encourage the momma to visit ALL of the vendors for some great prizes and don’t forget to pick up a snack at the charcuterie table.
IF YOU CAN’T FIND THE MOMMA’S NAME PLEASE ASK THE FOLLOWING IN THIS ORDER:
1. Did you happen to register by another name?
2. May I please see your email confirmation of ticket purchase or sponsorship?
If you still can’t find the momma say, “Don’t worry. This is no problem at all. Let me get Betsy and Julie to help get you registered.”
Julie will be right in front of you as “huggers”. Betsy will be at the podcast table. Kate will also help.
PLEASE remain happy, calm, positive and encouraging.
